Software / Layout
Recommended software to use is from Adobes software suit, Adobe Indesign, Illustrator or Photoshop.
Save / Export images to PDF, AI/EPS, INDD, PSD, JPG or TIFF/TIF. Create outlines on all text if possible, attach fonts if neccessary.
Attach all linked images inside documents. To avoid problems, export as High Resolution PDF.

Preferable use Adobe Indesign / Illustrator (or Inscape for Unix/Linux) to create all your designs.

Image resolution
For best picture quality and to minimize image size depending on viewpoint distance:
- 0-1m : 150-200dpi
- 1-4m : 100dpi
- 4m+ : 50-70dpi
